I’m a Number 1 Best Selling Amazon author. I wrote the book “SOLD” on Internet Marketing for real estate agents and brokers. I’ve also been published a number of times in Business In Vancouver, a well-respected weekly business newspaper.
I’ve worked directly in all kinds of advertising and marketing since 1971 – television, newspaper, magazines, direct mail, and billboards. And I set up and managed an in-house advertising agency with national accreditation.
I worked with clients such as The Bay, and Army & Navy Department Stores, as well as hundreds of medium and small businesses in every business category. For a number of years I published the Vancouver Island Tourist Guide magazine in conjunction with the Government of BC, Department of Tourism which was distributed around the world.
In 1999 I started Standard Marketing Ltd building websites and doing internet marketing for many types of businesses, including a great many real estate agents and brokers. In 2015 I started Top Agent Internet Marketing which exclusively works with real estate agents in the United States and Canada.
I enjoy speaking and writing clearly. I speak in plain language, have passion for effective communication, and am a good teacher. My SEO Seminars have always been well received whether at the Lower Mainland Better Business Bureau, local Boards of Trade, or real estate offices across North America.
